One missed opportunity may now turn into one gained, as Julian Alvarez has one left to watch. The Atletico Madrid man has publicly confirmed that he wants to leave the Spanish team at the World Cup and Arsenal may be eyed ahead of Barcelona and Real Madrid.

That’s a huge boost for those at the Emirates, but the ball is still very much in Alvarez’s court. He has made it clear that he wants to leave Atletico Madrid and now he has to decide whether he will look for his rival or return to the Premier League.
