Spurs chiefs are now holding internal talks over signing the Serie A youngster

Tottenham Hotspur have already locked in two new faces ahead of next season and can now add a third to that list in the form of a sensational midfield sensation.
Tottenham managers are planning to move the Italian star
Yes, there was a lot riding on Tottenham’s battle to avoid relegation from the Premier League and among those most relieved when Joao Palhinha’s effort went over the line against Everton would have been the transfer window.
The North Londoners were already planning ahead like a Premier League club, pursuing both Andy Robertson and Marcos Sensei in the hope that they would survive in the end.
Since then, they have been fortunate to reap the rewards of doing business early and are set to welcome both players to kick off the Roberto De Zerbi era for good.
Robertson and Senesi mark the start of what should be a busy window in North London, which could also include the permanent arrival of Palhinha following his last-day heroics.

Lilywhites means business…
Even then, after three early arrivals, it is unlikely that the Lilywhites will be done. After all, this is the team that ended up sitting in 17th place in two seasons.
Alongside those three names, Spurs chiefs are also discussing the arrival of Niccolo Pisilli from within, according to Sports Boom. The AS Roma midfielder is on the radar of Newcastle United and Juventus, but the North Londoners will be looking to pounce.
At just 21 years of age, Roma valued the Italian at around €35 million (£30m) – a fee that Spurs should have trouble matching given their brilliant business so far.
Pisilli can see high potential in Tottenham
In their ideal world, Tottenham would be competing for the highest honors in England. As it is, however, it is several years away from that being their reality. But there are still some good things to take away.
While they are rebuilding, there is clearly room for the younger players to improve. Lucas Bergvall and Archie Gray will be the clear beneficiaries. The same can be said for Mikey Moore when he returned from his loan at Rangers. Pisilli, too, can be part of that.
The 21-year-old midfielder has shown glimpses of his form at Roma this season, starting 21 league games and recording six goal involvements. Now, he can get the same opportunity in a program that is perfect for a player of his style.
De Zerbi’s system needs quality midfielders and a strong transition. The Italian is exactly that and can succeed under his neighbor.

Numbers back in that style, too. This season alone, Pisilli has made 76 tests, almost 40 more than Bergvall. On paper, De Zerbi is a good fit.
