A confirmed line-up as both teams look to strengthen their European hopes

Chelsea entertained Manchester United at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League, with both teams hoping to strengthen their position in Europe.

The Blues are currently in sixth place but have lost their last three top-flight games in a row without scoring a goal.

Manager Liam Rosenior has urged his side to “seize the moment” as they look to overtake fifth-placed Liverpool, with the Blues four points behind.

Manchester United, meanwhile, have been rejuvenated under interim manager Michael Carrick, with a third-place finish and next season’s Champions League football a distinct possibility for the Red Devils.

United come into this match having won one of their last four, however, and have finished with 10 men in their last two outings.

Chelsea team news

Rosenior made two changes to the team beaten by Manchester City last weekend.

Enzo Fernandez and Liam Delap are new additions, along with former teammate Moises Caicedo, who recently signed a new contract with the club until 2033.

Pedro Neto, Cole Palmer and Estevao will pose a threat behind Delap, while the Blues back four includes Malo Gusto, Wesley Fofana, Jorrel Hato and Marc Cucurella.
