Fabregas is in no rush to join the Premier League despite being linked with Chelsea

Another name making waves in the managerial world is Spain’s Cesc Fabregas who has impressed with Como in Serie A.
His side are currently sitting in 5th place in the league and could make it into next season’s Champions League with a huge surprise, which shows the impact Fabregas has had at the Italian club.
Given his popular status at Arsenal and Chelsea, it makes sense for English clubs to keep an eye on his rapidly growing coaching stock.
But if any Premier League owners think they can easily lure the Spaniard away from his current project, they will be sorely disappointed.
Fabregas is ready to wait for a chance in the Premier League
Fabregas recently made it clear that while he is fully committed to managing in England one day, he is in no rush to pack his bags and abandon ship.
After guiding Como deep into Serie B, he has completely transformed them into true heavyweights in the top flight.
A large part of that success is down to their waterproof protection. Fabregas has organized his team well, and they currently boast the best defensive record in Serie A, having conceded a record 28 goals so far this campaign.
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph, Fabregas reiterated his deep love for English football, firmly declaring it “the best league in the world.”
However, he also revealed the best advice he received from Jose Mourinho during their time together at Stamford Bridge.
“The Premier League is the best league in the world,” Fabregas told the Daily Telegraph, as reported by Sky Sports.
“I was always very clear about it. I felt like a player, I felt like a coach, like a fan.
“But [Jose] Mourinho told me the other day when I was at Chelsea: ‘I still have 30 years to work.’ So I can be here [Como] 10 years, and you can go to the Premier League in 12, 15 years.
“Football is unpredictable, it changes in one second. One day, you’re the best. The next day, you’re the worst. So let’s enjoy the moment. I like to enjoy the moment. It’s good that we live here. Let’s see what the future holds.”
The Spaniard was very impressed at Como
Chelsea are currently without a manager and are reportedly keeping a close eye on their former midfielder.
But Fabregas recently revealed that at Como, he makes all football decisions. He works seamlessly every day with his sporting director and feels very fortunate to have a club president who trusts him completely to run the program.
That kind of complete structural freedom is something that may be difficult to achieve under Chelsea’s current ownership model.
At the end of the day, Fabregas is well aware of how brutal this industry can be. As he wisely says, football changes in a second, one day you are hailed as the best, and the next day you are the worst.
The Premier League will no doubt be waiting for him whenever he is ready, but for now, he is determined to make Como a success.
Chelsea and Man United are aiming to move to 12 G/A in Serie A for the striker who has renewed his career
