Arsenal and Tottenham could be eyeing another transfer battle in North London after both clubs began monitoring RB Leipzig winger Antonio Nusa.
The Norway international is worth an estimated €60 million (£51 million), which shows his power and his crucial role in Germany.
Arsenal’s interest comes as Mikel Arteta continues to rebuild the left side of his attack. Leandro Trossard has left for Beşiktaş, while Christos Tzolis has arrived from Club Brugge for £34 million.
Apart from that addition, the Gunners appear to be open to acquiring another wide forward who can provide pace, intelligence and competitiveness.
Tottenham are also spending big under Roberto De Zerbi and could look at Nusa as another big part of their rebuilding ambition. No club has submitted an official bid.

Leipzig are believed to want around £51 million for the 21-year-old.
Arsenal have made strengthening the left wing a priority, although any serious move could depend on the future of Gabriel Martinelli.
Tottenham may need to create space in their attacking team before signing another expensive player.
Nusa recorded four goals and three assists in 31 Bundesliga games last season.
His pace, close control and ability to attack on both sides has also attracted the interest of Italian clubs.

A separate report by TEAMtalk claims that Arsenal and Tottenham are among several Premier League teams tracking Nusa following his World Cup performances.
From Arsenal’s point of view, he would provide another direct option on the left and could improve without carrying the full attacking burden immediately.
Tottenham, however, could provide a clear path to a regular start under De Zerbi.
Arsenal represent a safe sporting project, but Spurs can make an attractive personal stadium if they ensure that Nusa has an important role.
The £51 million fee is significant for a defender whose final numbers have always been modest, so both clubs must judge the potential for a quick exit.
Nusa has the talent to be a top striker, but this should not be a bidding war based primarily on his World Cup reputation.
A structured deal with practical add-ons would make more sense than automatically meeting Leipzig’s full demand.
