2026 Zurich Classic Thursday times: Round 1 teams
The 2026 Zurich Classic of New Orleans will begin on Thursday, April 23, with the opening round at TPC Louisiana in Avondale, La. You can find the full Zurich Classic tee times for Thursday’s first round at the bottom of this post.
Included tee times for round 1
This week’s Zurich Classic will be an exciting one, with many star-studded teams. Five-time winner Brooks Koepka is in the field as he continues his PGA Tour comeback. He is partnered with Shane Lowry, who won the 2024 Zurich Classic alongside Rory McIlroy.
They will be a tough team to beat, but they will also have their hands full with the team coming into the week as betting favourites. That would be Matt and Alex Fitzpatrick. Matt has won twice this season, while Alex earned his first DP World Tour victory earlier this year.
Both of those top teams have something to play for, too. A win for Fitzpatricks would see Alex earn his PGA Tour card for the first time. Koepka’s victory will grant him access to the rest of the Signature Events this season.
Koepka and Lowry will play the opening round of the Zurich Classic alongside the Fitzpatricks, with the foursome starting Thursday at 1:29 pm ET.
