SPRINGFIELD, Mass. … Syracuse Wear forward Jakob Pelletier and the Belleville Senators forward Arthur Kaliyev they received two prestigious American Hockey League awards for the 2025-26 season.
Pelletier won the tournament John B. Sollenberger Trophy as the leading point-getter in the AHL, while Kaliyev took part Willie Marshall Award as the AHL’s leading scorer in 2025-26.
Pelletier finished with a league-leading 77 points (28 goals, 49 assists) in 63 games for Syracuse, joining the. Originally a first-round pick by Calgary in the 2019 NHL Draft, Pelletier signed as a free agent with Tampa Bay on July 2, 2025, and appeared in five games with the Lightning this season.
Kaliyev scored 40 goals to take home the Willie Marshall Award, adding 28 assists to finish third with 68 points in 70 games for Belleville. Kaliyev also led the AHL with 266 shots on goal and ranked second with 16 power play marks, and put together a seven-game goal streak — tied for the longest in the league this season — between Nov. 8 and Nov. assisted in two NHL games this season; The sixth-year pro was originally a second-round pick by Los Angeles in 2019.
