Fabrizio Romano: Real Madrid’s opening bid for Yan Diomande has been rejected
Insider Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Real Madrid have sent an official opening bid worth 90 million euros upfront and 10 million euros in potential additions to RB Leipzig.
However, the Bundesliga club immediately rejected the offer as they are still waiting for a figure in excess of €100 million, with reports suggesting that Leipzig value the player closer to €130 million.
Despite the initial rejection, Real Madrid remains in active discussions with the management of Leipzig to find a solution.
Meanwhile, PSG have been in talks with the German club for several weeks and already have a personal agreement with the player, but they have yet to reach a club-team agreement.

Entering the race for Real Madrid is a huge blow to Arsenal and Liverpool
Real Madrid enters this race representing a major blow to Arsenal and Liverpool, both of whom are very keen to sign this player in the powerful wing.
According to other reports, Arsenal are even ready to break the bank for Diomande after missing out on Morgan Rogers to Chelsea, and making inquiries to see if the deal remains viable.
